DLL and Align acknowledge and agree that they shall each independently qualify as Data Controllers of the Personal Data collected during the check-out process and as such that they are individually responsible for the compliance with applicable privacy laws (including, but not limited to the EU General Data Protection Regulation). This may include but is not limited to the obligation to provide users with a transparent Privacy Statement.
